Edgar A. McDowell, superintendent of the F.E. Myers and Bro. Co., had this house build during the first decade of the 1900s. He and his wife, Cleo, lived there for a number of decades. Later, the house, now dived into four apartments, is owned by Douglas Culler from 1988 to 2001 when J and H Rentals purchased the property.
