Now comes Plaintiff, The Center Street Historic District Association, Incorporated. (hereinafter “ Center Street Association”), by and through its undersigned counsel, and for its Complaint against Defendant, hereby states as follows:
Parties
1. At all times relevant, the Plaintiff is and has been a non-profit Ohio corporation domiciled within Ashland County, Ohio. The sole purpose of said entity is to serve and protect the interests of the Center Street Historic District located within the City of Ashland, Ohio.
